Dr. Michael BunchDr. Michael Bunch earned a Doctor of Education in Higher Education, (Ed.D.) in 1992 from University of Houston; Houston, Texas. In 1988 he earned a Master of Architecture (Experimental Design) from the University of Houston. In 1986 he also earned a Master of Education (Higher Education), from the University of Houston. Prior to that he earned a Master of Architecture (Design), in 1976 from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Oklahoma. Dr. Bunch got his Bachelor or Environmental Design degree in 1973 from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. He started his academic career with an Associate of Arts degree in 1970 from Merced Junior College; Merced, California immediately after graduating from Atwater High School in 1968.

Dr. Bunch has been a life long architect. He is licensed in the State of Florida and the State of Texas Architects. Additionally, he is licensed in the State of Texas as an Interior Designer. He holds National Council of Architectural Registration Boards Certification as well. He is a principal in the firm Wilson/Bunch Associates here in Houston. They are in the general practice of architecture. Dr. Bunch also taught at San Jacinto College for three years as an adjunct faculty teaching engineering graphics and blue print reading.

Military Experience: Colonel in U.S. Air Force Reserve Engineer Unit. Naval Air Station Ft. Worth Category A Reservist, U.S. Air Force Reserve & Active Member. Volunteered 8 times to serve in the Middle East and served 8 tours. Unit activated and served in Enduring Freedom & Noble Eagle.
